RC Wine Club

When do I get charged each month? 
When you sign up you'll be automatically charged for your first month's wines. If you sign up on any given day between the 1st and the 15th, we'll reach out to see if you'd like to get in on that month's selections. If you sign up after the 15th, your first wine club will be the upcoming month. 

Subscription charges going forward are automatically made on the 1st of the month, and all wine club orders are available and ready for pickup & delivery around the 7th.

If Steph signs up for the wine club on January 9th, she has the option to either receive the January wines OR wait and get her first shipment in February. If she chooses to get the January wines, her next charge will be on February 1st.

If Steph signs up for the wine club on January 16th, her first shipment will be for February. her next charge will be on March 1st.

When do I get my wine? How does pick up & delivery work?
Around the 7th of the month you will receive an email letting you know wine club is ready and pick up/ delivery will begin on that day. We offer free delivery for all DC residents as well as residents of MD and VA who are within 30 miles of the city.

What if I live outside of DC, MD & VA?
We ship to almost every state with a few exceptions. Your wines will ship out the week that wine club is released and you will be updated with your tracking number. We ship via UPS ground, and most wines are delivered within 1-5 days. Please note: Adult signature will be required for delivery.

Can I buy more of the wines that I loved?
99% of the time, yes! Email us at hello@rosecreekwine.com and we’ll work it out.

I want to give the RC Wine Club as a gift! Is that possible?
Sure! Just note that our wine club is a monthly recurring subscription. So before you sign up, we recommend reaching out to us at hello@rosecreekwine.com and we can work out a duration and/or transition plan for you. We also do curated packs, and can guide you through that option as well!

I want to pause or cancel my wine club subscription. How do I do that?
It’s really easy to pause or cancel your subscription. (But we’d hate to see you go!) Just find the “Manage Subscription” link in your last wine club confirmation email, or in your account on our website and you can pause or cancel there.
