This Cab Franc is an absolute banger. You'll initially pick up that it has all those classic subtle green bell pepper sort of notes you'd expect from Cab Franc, but upon further evaluation, you'll notice so many additional layers. On the nose I get tart blackberry aromas, rose petal, green bell pepper and this undertone of earthy and spice notes. On the palate there's this really nice freshness and minerality to the wine complimented by spicy, cocoa-y deep berry fruit flavors that make it textured and supple. DAMN good.
