Philosophy Winery is a boutique winery that produces small-batch, high quality dry wines using only grapes sourced from farms and vineyards located in Maryland. Founded in 2018 by Denise Roles Matthews and Kimberly Tenice Johnson, Philosophy is the first African American, women-owned winery in the state of Maryland.
