This full-bodied, highly textured "orange" wine made from Chardonnay is a clean and expressive version of the style. You may get hints of almond skins, apple sauce, citrus rind and tea-like tannin notes, but the phenolic bitterness will not overwhelm your palate as this bottle also maintains healthy acidity.  Just an awesome, entry level orange wine.

If you like wines that aren't super fruit driven, you should totally give this one a try!! It's really delicious and complex.
